As the lead union in the Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA), HEU is currently in negotiations with the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) for a new collective agreement that covers 40,000 health care workers in B.C. hospitals and long-term care facilities.
To support bargaining, HEU has produced a television ad that profiles our members and the work they do.
