In February 2010, HEU – as the lead union in the Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA) – wrapped up negotiations with the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC) for a new collective agreement that covers 48,000 health care workers in B.C. hospitals and long-term care facilities.
To support bargaining, HEU produced a television ad that profiles our members and the work they do.
