HEU’s Annual Work Opportunity 2010

The Annual Work Opportunity (AWO) gives HEU members a chance to work for the union, on a temporary or permanent basis. HEU seeks applications from HEU members interested in casual assignments as servicing representatives, administrative assistants, systems analysts (IT) and finance clerks.

HEU has over 43,000 members and 130 staff, working in regional offices located in Burnaby, Victoria, Comox, Kelowna, Nelson and Prince George.

AWO 2010 applications must be received by 12:00 noon on Monday, March 1, 2010 at HEU Provincial Office, 5000 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, B.C. V5J 5M3, or fax: 604-739-1510.

Members must apply with a current resume each year to be considered. Those short-listed will be contacted for interviews and applicable skills-testing.
