CSS members wear red to work on Monday
Community social services workers are passionate about the people they support and the community-based services they provide.
That’s why your bargaining team is asking members to wear the colour red to work on Monday, February 27, as the multi-union Community Social Services Bargaining Association returns to the table to begin the next round of contract negotiations.
CSS workers put their hearts into the work they do, and they’ve gone through a lot of blood, sweat and tears trying to provide quality services under this current government. By wearing red, members can send a strong, symbolic signal of support to their bargaining team.
CSS members just completed 26 months of bargaining last fall for the current contract and are looking for real gains as they return to the table on February 27.
On Monday, please support your bargaining association on the first day of negotiations and demonstrate our solidarity by wearing red to work.
