The nine-union Community Social Services Bargaining Association (CSSBA) has reached a tentative agreement with B.C.’s health employers.
The three-year agreement would be retroactive to April 1, 2022 and covers roughly 19,000 community social services workers, including more than 1,500 HEU members.
All CSSBA members will be asked to vote to ratify this tentative agreement. Voting for HEU members will be held online starting Monday, March 20 at 9 a.m. and ending on Monday, March 27, at 4 p.m. (Pacific Time).
