The nine-union Community Social Services Bargaining Association (CSSBA) has reached a tentative agreement with B.C.’s health employers.
The three-year agreement would be retroactive to April 1, 2022 and covers roughly 19,000 community social services workers, including more than 1,500 HEU members.
All CSSBA members are being asked to vote whether to ratify this tentative agreement. Voting for HEU members begins Monday, March 20 at 9 a.m. and ends on Monday, March 27, at 4 p.m. (Pacific Time).
If you are a CSSBA member and did not receive an email ballot on March 20, please do one of the following:

- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and HEU local, and a phone number in case we need to contact you.
- Phone 1-800-909-4994 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
