Libby Davies to speak at “Save Cooper Place” rally tomorrow at noon

Vancouver-East MP Libby Davies will join seniors, health workers and community activists at a noon rally to save Cooper Place, a long-term care facility slated for closure, located in the heart of Vancouver’s downtown eastside. The forced relocation of the Cooper Place residents, made necessary by the closure, is another example of the heartlessness of the Campbell Liberals’ plan to dismantle seniors’ health care services in B.C.
