The B.C. government has hired private contractors to clean our hospitals and provide food to patients. But these contractors pay low wages, creating huge staffing shortages and high turnover.

Housekeepers and dietary workers aren’t getting the training they need. And they don’t have enough supplies and equipment to keep our hospitals clean and safe.

The provincial government needs to take steps to ensure these contractors provide family-supporting wages and keep our hospitals safe and clean. And they need to hear from you.
