Members of the eight-union Community Bargaining Association (CBA) have ratified a new three-year collective agreement with B.C.’s health employers by a vote of more than 94 per cent.
The three-year agreement is retroactive to April 1, 2022 and covers roughly 19,000 community social services workers, including more than 1,500 HEU members.
Voting for CBA members opened February 21 and closed February 28.
