The 2025-2028 tentative facilities agreement includes a general wage increase of 3 per cent on April 1 of each of the four years:
- April 1, 2025 (Year 1)
- April 1, 2026 (Year 2)
- April 1, 2027 (Year 3)
- April 1, 2028 (Year 4)
In addition to the general wage increase, there is a wage restoration fund of $60.5 million for wage adjustments over this agreement. All members will receive wage restoration increases on top of the general wage increase of 12 per cent.
