HEU members who are certified dental assistants in the Facilities Bargaining Association may now submit their application for a full reimbursement towards their April 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024 BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) registration fee. The deadline to apply is July 31, 2024.
To receive reimbursement, please complete the form below, upload your BCCOHP receipt and provide a copy of a void cheque or a direct deposit/pre-authorized (PAD) form. You can request a direct deposit/PAD form in person from your financial institution, or you can log into your online banking to obtain one. Click here to see a sample of a direct deposit/PAD form.
Members are responsible for reporting the reimbursement received as income on their tax return in the year the reimbursement is received. We recommend you seek the advice of a tax professional, if you have questions on how to report the reimbursement on your tax return.
