You can order via email for either yourself or your local (Your secretary-treasurer and chairperson must sign the form if this is for your local.)
You can scan the order form and email it to email@example.com.
- Prices listed include all costs.
- Do not send payment until HEU sends email confirmation that your items are available in stock.
- Once HEU's email confirmation is sent to you, a cheque (payable to the Hospital Employees' Union) and a signed order form must be mailed to HEU Provincial Office within seven days.
- After HEU has received your payment, items will be mailed via Canada Post (ExpressPost) to your shipping address.
- You should receive your order within two weeks of receipt of payment.
