2027 Equity Conference Application

To apply for HEU's 2027 Equity Conference, please complete the form below.

The Equity Conference will take place from February 8-11, 2027 at the Pan Pacific Vancouver.

After the registration deadline, you will be notified by email if your application is accepted, and you will be required to apply for leave of absence for union business. If you are not sure how to apply for union leave, please contact the Equity Office at inclusion@heu.org.

If you are accepted, your wages will be covered by the union for you to attend the conference. The union will also pay expenses, according to HEU's policy.

Due to a limited amount of space, not all applications will be accepted. We will also notify unsuccessful applicants by email.

The deadline to apply for the Equity Conference is: November 12, 2026 (5:00 pm PST).
