Supporting Indigenous culture, language and community connection
The Indigenous Cultural Revitalization Fund provides Indigenous Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA) members with financial support to pursue learning opportunities that uphold and strengthen Indigenous culture and language.
Through the fund, members can access a range of cultural, language and educational opportunities, from short cultural workshops and land-based learning to longer-term Indigenous language programs and post-secondary courses.
A total of $700,000 has been allocated to the fund over the life of the FBA collective agreement, ending March 2029.
