Table Officers One-Day Training

This one-day online training session offers newly elected Chairpersons, Vice-Chairpersons, Secretary-Treasurers, and Assistant Secretary-Treasurers the opportunity to learn the basics on how to fulfill their new role on their local executive.

Members who attend this one-day online training will still be eligible to attend the more comprehensive three-day table officer training in spring 2026, should they continue in their table officer positions. Those who have already attended the three-day Table Officer training are not eligible for this one-day online training.

This training aims:

• Provide training and tools to assist Local Officers in effectively fulfilling their duties.
• Develop personal and team leadership skills that will help locals become more vibrant and encourage greater membership participation.
• Support locals to build their capacity, including using virtual tools to run executive and local meetings as well as elections.
