Respected forensic accountant Ron Parks will release the findings of his review of the Request for Proposals for an Abbotsford Hospital and Cancer Centre public-private partnership arrangement at a news conference tomorrow, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. at the Plaza 500 in Vancouver.
This will be the third report on the AHCC project that Parks has done for the Hospital Employees’ Union. The first was in May 2002 when he reviewed an initial consultant’s study on the proposal and the second in February 2003 after the Request for Expressions of Interest was issued.
