If you are interested in seeking election to the FBA bargaining committee at the upcoming bargaining conference, please submit this form by November 30 at 10 a.m. in order to have it posted to the conference web site, and to participate in the Candidates Forum. (Note this submission deadline date has changed from the letter you received.)
Please note, you must be a delegate to the FBA bargaining conference in order to run for the bargaining committee.
All candidates must be nominated at the conference. You do not need to fill out this form in order to seek nomination.
