This two-day workshop is for stewards who want a deeper knowledge of human rights legislation and how it relates to the duty-to-accommodate.
You will learn about:
- human rights principles and the B.C. Human Rights Code
- the duty-to-accommodate process
- resources to support members who require an accommodation
