This full day workshop will provide members with:
- A foundational understanding of the fact that not only does racism exist in Canada but it also has a long documented history in the country.
- Concrete tools for stepping up to support coworkers or community facing racism.
- A point of reflection on the union's role in combatting racism in workplaces, the labour movement and in community.
