Each issue of the Guardian features a page called HEU People, which includes announcements of member retirements, and in memoriam notices of those who passed while members.
If you are retiring, or know a retiring member in your local who you think should be featured in the Guardian (only if they also want to, of course!), please use the form below to fill out details.
The only required details in the form are the member's name, their worksite and HEU Local, but please include as much information as you can find. We like to hear from retirees, as well as memories and good wishes from their co-workers.
The form includes areas where you can write freely.
We also need a phone number or email for the retiring member, in case we need to contact them. If you are submitting on behalf of another member, please include your own name and contact info.
The form allows you to upload a photo. We are looking for head-and-shoulders style photos.
If this is an In Memoriam for a member who has passed, there is a field at the bottom of the form for additional details.
