FBA Registration Fund - Pharmacy Technician 2023/24

HEU members who are regulated pharmacy technicians in the Facilities Bargaining Association may now submit their application for a full reimbursement towards their April 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024 College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC) registration fee. The deadline to apply is July 31, 2024. (Submissions for the 2024/2025 registration fee reimbursement will open mid-April.)

To receive the reimbursement, please complete the form below and upload your 2023-24 CPBC receipt.

If you have never applied to the fund before or have changed financial institutions since your last reimbursement, please also provide a copy of a void cheque or a direct deposit/pre-authorized (PAD) form. You can request a direct deposit/PAD form in person from your financial institution, or you can log into your online banking to obtain one. Click here to see a sample of a direct deposit/PAD form.

Members are responsible for reporting the reimbursement received as income on their tax return in the year the reimbursement is received. We recommend you seek the advice of a tax professional, if you have questions on how to report the reimbursement on your tax return.
